Everything you need to know about your order with Bosavern UG—from selecting products to order confirmation.
How do I place an order?
Select your product, add it to your cart, and follow the steps to checkout. Once you've completed the process, you'll immediately receive a confirmation email.
Can I cancel my order?
Cancellations are possible as long as the order has not yet been shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible at start@bosaverna.de with your order number.
Are the products new and in their original packaging?
Yes – all products labeled "in original packaging" are new and unopened. Refurbished items are labeled as such and have been professionally inspected.
Shipping & Delivery
We offer fast and reliable shipping within Germany and to select European countries.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery usually takes 3–5 business days within Germany. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link.
How much are the shipping costs?
Shipping costs are clearly displayed at checkout and depend on the delivery destination and order weight.
Do you also ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to select European countries. The available countries and shipping costs will appear automatically at checkout.
Returns & Complaints
Not satisfied? No problem. We make returning items as easy as possible for you.
How long do I have to return an item?
Under German consumer law, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date you receive the merchandise. The merchandise must be returned unused and in its original packaging.
How do I initiate a return?
Please send us an email at start@bosaverna.de with your order number and the reason for the return. We will send you all the necessary information.
What should I do if my charger or cable is broken?
Please contact us at start@bosaverna.de with your order number and a photo of the product. We will process your replacement or refund as soon as possible.
Payment & Security
Your payment is secure with us. We offer standard payment methods and SSL-encrypted transactions.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit cards, PayPal, and other payment methods, which are securely displayed at checkout. All payments are SSL-encrypted.
When will my payment be charged?
Payment will be processed immediately upon completion of your order. If you encounter any issues, please contact start@bosaverna.de.
Is my payment secure?
Yes, all transactions are processed via secure, encrypted connections. Your payment information is never stored.

From Apple MagSafe to Samsung Galaxy Buds—at Bosavern UG, you'll find genuine brand-name accessories for your device.
Which Apple charger is compatible with my iPhone or MacBook?
For the iPhone, we recommend the 20W USB-C adapter with a Lightning cable. For the MacBook Air, we recommend the 30W or 45W MagSafe adapter; for the MacBook Pro, we recommend the 61W or 67W USB-C adapter.
What headphones and earbuds do you carry?
We carry Apple AirPods 4, Samsung Galaxy Buds FE, Samsung AKG Type-C, and JBL Wave Beam—both new and refurbished, all tested and included with a charging case.
What does "refurbished" mean when it comes to headphones?
Refurbished products have been professionally inspected, cleaned, and tested to ensure they are in full working order. You’ll receive a device in perfect condition at a lower price.
