How do I place an order?
Select your product, add it to the cart, and follow the checkout steps. After completion, you will immediately receive a confirmation email.
Can I cancel my order?
Cancellations are possible as long as the order has not yet been shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible at start@bosaverna.de with your order number.
Are the products new and in their original packaging?
Yes – all products labeled as "originally packaged" are new and unopened. Refurbished items are appropriately labeled and professionally tested.
Shipping & Delivery
We deliver quickly and reliably within Germany and to selected European countries.
How long does the delivery take?
Usually 3–5 business days within Germany. After shipping, you will receive an email with a tracking link.
How much is the shipping cost?
Shipping costs are clearly displayed at checkout and depend on the delivery destination and order weight.
Do you also deliver abroad?
Yes, we deliver to selected European countries. The available countries and costs will appear automatically at checkout.
Returns & Complaints
Not satisfied? No problem. We make returns as easy as possible for you.
How long do I have the right to return?
You have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the receipt of the goods according to German consumer law. The goods must be returned unused and in their original packaging.
How do I initiate a return?
Send us an email at start@bosaverna.de with your order number and the reason for the return. We will send you all further information.
What should I do if a charger or cable is defective?
Contact us at start@bosaverna.de with the order number and a photo of the product. We will promptly arrange a replacement or refund.
Payment & Security
Your payment is secure with us. We offer common payment methods and SSL-encrypted transactions.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit cards, PayPal, and other options that are securely displayed at checkout. All payments are SSL encrypted.
When will my payment be charged?
Payment is processed directly upon order completion. If you encounter any issues, please contact start@bosaverna.de.
Is my payment secure?
Yes, all transactions are processed through secure, encrypted connections. Your payment data is never stored.

From Apple MagSafe to Samsung Galaxy Buds – at Bosavern UG you will find original branded accessories for your device.
Which Apple charger fits my iPhone or MacBook?
For iPhone, we recommend the 20W USB-C adapter with Lightning cable. For MacBook Air, the 30W or 45W MagSafe, and for MacBook Pro, the 61W or 67W USB-C adapter.
Which headphones and earbuds do you carry?
We carry Apple AirPods 4, Samsung Galaxy Buds FE, Samsung AKG Type-C, and JBL Wave Beam – both new and refurbished, all tested and with charging cases.
What does "refurbished" mean for headphones?
Refurbished products have been professionally inspected, cleaned, and tested for full functionality. You receive a device of impeccable quality at a more affordable price.
